Casita is Spanish for "small house". The can also be referred to as an ADU or Auxiliary Dwelling Unit. Our Casita's at Distinctive Homes start at around 400 square feet and go up from there. Separated from the main house by a carport, the detached casita suite creates additional separate living space with a walk in closet, full bath and eating gallery.
